We are not only the best at what we do.
We are the only ones who do what we do.
Are you a collection attorney or the original plaintiff of a civil judgment against an individual or a company - and are you having trouble finding your judgment debtor's assets?
Are you a probate attorney or the executor of a deceased person's estate - and are you wondering if the deceased person had any assets that you don't know about?
If you answered yes to the either of the questions above, then we may have a solution for you: non-traditional asset searches.
If you have an account with Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or Venmo, then it should make sense to you that your judgment debtor probably does too. On average, we are able to find one or more such accounts per judgment debtor. If we are not finding those accounts for you, then you are probably leaving some of your judgment money on the table.
Other companies might try to find accounts held by your judgment debtor at traditional banks (like Bank of America, Chase Bank, or Wells Fargo Bank, etcetera). Those kinds of traditional asset searches require the judgment debtor's SSN or TIN, they are often expensive (usually $20 to $50 per search, and an additional $100 to $250 per "hit"), and often they can't find any accounts at any traditional banks.
In contrast to traditional asset searches, our non-traditional asset searches can find accounts with Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Chime, Varo, and SoFi.
All that we need to perform a search is the name of the judgment debtor, and up to a maximum of 6 telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses that you believe are used by the judgment debtor.
Best of all there is no fee to search up to a maximum of 6 telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses per judgment debtor, the hit cost (the charge per account found) is only $25 per hit, and the maximum hit cost is never more than $50 per judgment debtor -- no matter how many hits are found.
You might be thinking; "So what? Who cares about accounts with Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Chime, Varo, or SoFi?"
Did you know that PayPal has over 426 million accounts, Venmo has over 75 million accounts, CashApp has over 70 million accounts, Zelle has more than 61 million accounts, and SoFi has over 2 million accounts.
Did you know that in 2021 it was reported that $490 billion was sent through Zelle, $229 billion was sent through Venmo, and $167 billion was sent through CashApp.
Did you know that in 2022 approximately 57% of adults in the US said that they used PayPal, 38% said that they used Venmo, 36% said that they used Zelle, and 26% said that they used CashApp.
In other words, it is highly probable that your judgment debtor has an account with Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, and/or Venmo. So if you aren't finding those accounts, then you may be missing out on collecting your judgment.
